Borussia Dortmund Ends Winless Run, Beats VfL Bochum 3-0

Borussia Dortmund finally ended their winless run with a convincing 3-0 victory over VfL Bochum in the Bundesliga on Saturday. Thorgan Hazard, Donyell Malen, and Karim Adeyemi scored the goals for the Yellow and Blacks.
Dortmund had not won in their previous three league matches, but they were dominant from the start against Bochum. Hazard opened the scoring in the 12th minute with a low shot from outside the area.
Malen doubled the lead in the 30th minute with a header from a cross by Nico Schlotterbeck. Adeyemi added the third goal in the 60th minute with a breakaway goal.
Dortmund's Winless Run Ends
Dortmund's winless run had put pressure on head coach Edin Terzić, but the victory over Bochum will ease some of the pressure. Dortmund is now up to sixth place in the Bundesliga table, six points behind leaders Bayern Munich.
Hazard, Malen, and Adeyemi Impress
Hazard, Malen, and Adeyemi all impressed for Dortmund against Bochum. Hazard scored a superb goal to open the scoring, while Malen and Adeyemi were both clinical in front of goal.
Bochum's Poor Form Continues
Bochum's poor form continued with the defeat to Dortmund. The club is now winless in their last five league matches and is just one point above the relegation zone.
