Christina Sandera: The Longtime Partner of Clint Eastwood Dies at 61

Christina Sandera, the longtime partner of Clint Eastwood, has passed away at the age of 61.
The actor and director confirmed the news of Sandera's death in a statement released through his publicist.
"Christina Sandera, my partner of over a decade, has died after a long and arduous battle with cancer," Eastwood said in the statement. "She was a lovely, caring woman and I will miss her dearly."
Sandera and Eastwood first met in 2014 at a restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. They began dating shortly after and had been together ever since.
Sandera was a private person who rarely appeared in the spotlight with Eastwood. However, she was often seen at his side at red carpet events and other public appearances.
In addition to Eastwood, Sandera is survived by her two children from a previous relationship.
