New World Record Set in 18 Years Old Trap Shooting

Emil Vachev, a 18-year-old, from Bulgaria has just set a new world record in trap shooting.

Vachev hit 120 out of 125 targets at the ISSF World Cup in Sydney, Australia. He won silver at the same event last year.

Vachev said: "I'm so happy to have won this gold medal. It's a dream come true." "I've been shooting since I was 12 and I've always wanted to be a world champion." "This is a great moment for me and for my country."

Vachev's coach, Nikola Kostov, praised his pupil's performance. "Emil is a very talented shooter," Kostov said. "He has a lot of potential and he's only going to get better." "I'm very proud of him."
